SummitMedia has an immediate opening for a Promotions Manager – Create Events, Build Brands and Engage in Louisville, KY

Ideal Candidate 

-Previous experience in outdoor promotions and/or marketing and/or customer service preferred

-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Canva

-Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and effectively manage time

-High work standards and attention to detail

-Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move 40-pound objects

Regular Duties Include

-Manage the promotion and direction of promotional activities that improve the brand’s image in Louisville

-Collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute promotions such as remotes, events, van hits, and other street team activities from start to finish

-Attend client meetings and present promotional ideas

-Drive promotional vehicles and coordinate and oversee on-site appearances, remotes, and events

-Perform basic office administrative functions

-Updates station website

-Conduct on-site promotions and handle clients and listeners

-Set up and run audio and other types of equipment; hang banners and other staging elements

-Set up, break down, and transport promotion event equipment as required

-Prepare contest rules, waivers, prize fulfillment, and release forms for all contests

• Ability to create an environment that benefits everyone in it, contributing to the overall success.
• Must reside or relocate to Louisville, KY
