Expectations
Must be willing to have fun and enjoy life
Maintain a work level to achieve 100% of monthly & quarterly goals
Work hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Occasional evenings and weekends for special events/promotions
Collect payments from clients in a timely manner
Develop new business while building relationships with existing clients
Maintain weekly activity up to standards of performance
Attend all regularly scheduled meetings
Complete all paperwork and reports in a timely manner

Qualifications
Sales experience is required
Ability to handle deadlines and critical decisions
 Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Efficient time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Great listening skills
Ability to understand and implement concepts quickly
Clean and professional appearance
Ability to handle any client conflicts
Reliable transportation
